## Kana Terms of Service

**1. Service Description**
Kana provides an endpoint security evidence platform. The account is created by a Google Workspace admin who binds the organization to these terms.
**2. Acceptable Use**
Kana may only be used on devices that the organization owns or manages. Employees must be given proper notice prior to use.
**3. No Guarantee of Audit Outcome**
Kana provides evidence of local system security controls, not a certification. We provide no guarantee of SOC 2 compliance or any other specific audit outcome.
**4. As-Is Service and Limitation of Liability**
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kana's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the last 12 months.
**5. Termination**
These terms may be terminated by either side at any time.
**6. Changes to Terms**
We may change these terms at our discretion. Any changes to the terms will be provided with notice on this page.
**7. Governing Law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business.
